Abscess

Abscess is a brutal death band born from the ashes of the band Autopsy. It was formed in 1994 in Oakland, California, by Chris Reifert and Danny Coralles, 2 former members of Autopsy. Chris Reifert started out as drummer on the excellent album "Scream Bloody Gore" by the ultra-cult Death. In Abscess, Chris handles, in addition to drums, the vocals, and Danny plays guitar. They surround themselves with bassist Freeway Migliore, and Clint Bower who holds the position of singer/guitarist. In the first 2 years, Abscess released a series of demos and tapes before recording, in '95, the compilation album "Urine Junkies", which brings together all the tracks from the various demos.
