Chinchilla

Formed in 1988, the band released its first demo CD "No mercy" in '90. Due to personal differences the band split. It would reform in '93 with a brand-new line-up and would record in '94 a 5-track mini CD "Who is who". After excellent reviews, Chinchilla returned to the studio for the album "Horrorscope", which would be released in May '97 in Japan but only at the end of '98 for Europe. At the same time Martin left the band and Chinchilla had to find a new frontman. It was Thomas Laasch. With this new line-up, Chinchilla would do numerous concerts and in 2000, its first European tour opening for Vanden Plas. Chinchilla signed in 2000 with Metal Blade Records for the album Madness.
