Warhead

Warhead was founded in October 1993 by Peter Breitenbach (drums, ex-Grave Digger), Benjamin zur Heide (bass) and Björn Eilen (guitar and vocals). Musically, the trio was based on American metal and the 1980s "Bay Area Thrash", influenced by bands such as Metallica, Testament, Savatage, Metal Church and Slayer. In 1995, Warhead recorded their first and only demo at the Crownhill Studio in Düsseldorf. It was sold through the mail-order company EMP and sold more than 500 copies. In October 1996, the recordings for the first album Good Part for Each were made at the Lulis recording studio in Osnabrück, which were then mixed at the Crownhill Studio.
