Necromicon is a Swedish Symphonic Black/Death band founded in 1993 in Luleå, Northern Bothnia. The band released its first demo, Through the Gates of Grief, in 1994. They recorded their first album, Realm of Silence, in 1996. Sightveiler followed in 1998 and Peccata Mundi in 2000. The band split up in 2003. The band's last known line-up was: Nicklas Sundqvist - Guitars (1993-2000), Patrick Sundkvist - Bass (1994-2000) and Stefan Lundgren - Guitars (1995-2000).
