Tank

Tank is a British heavy metal band, originating from London, England. It is part of the New wave of British heavy metal. Led by a bassist/singer, it is often compared to Motörhead. Tank is recognized as one of the heavy metal bands that had a direct and predominant influence on the emergence of thrash metal in 1983. Their first album released in 1982, Filth Hounds of Hades, was well received by the punk and metal communities as well as by most critics. It is considered one of the best albums of the NWOBHM.
