Depth Melody

Far up in the Swiss mountains, after a long winter in 2006, the band was formed from four young musicians with no concrete idea of the music they were going to play. It was after a few compositions that a style, combining ancient melodies and powerful metal, emerged from this mass of sounds. Influenced by their Nordic counterparts, they immersed themselves in this epic style that suited everyone perfectly, though it was distinctive in their region. It was in 2008 that one could hear their first self-produced studio recording. They released a three-track demo named "Lonely Quest" which would arouse particular interest among the Helvetian people.
