WebsiteForeigner is an Anglo-American rock band, formed in New York in 1976 by two experienced English guitarists, Mick Jones and Ian McDonald, along with a then-unknown American singer, Lou Gramm. To date, the band has sold more than 50 million albums worldwide (including 37.5 million in the United States). Their biggest hits remain Urgent, Waiting for a Girl Like You, Juke Box Hero, Break It Up and above all I Want to Know What Love Is, released in late 1984. In 2008, after 14 years of studio inactivity, the band Foreigner returned with a compilation (No End in Sight: The Very Best of Foreigner) and a new track (Too Late). As the title of the compilation (No End in Sight) suggests, a new studio album was released on September 29, 2009: Can't Slow Down.
