Chris Caffery

Christopher Caffery (born 9 September 1967) is an American heavy metal guitarist, best known for his work within Savatage and the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. For nearly 20 years, Caffery has pursued a solo career, singing and playing guitar. He has released nine albums and numerous singles since 2004. Raised in Mahwah, New Jersey, Caffery began playing guitar at the age of 11, but among his earliest memories is performing the Beatles' song "Help!" during an oral presentation in kindergarten. Among his favorite bands during his childhood were the Beatles, Kiss, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest and Rush.
