WebsiteSerenity is an Austrian symphonic power metal band. Formed in 2001, the band stabilized from 2004 onward, a period during which the members drew far more inspiration from progressive metal and power metal than in their early days. They define their genre with elements of melodic and symphonic metal. They take inspiration from historical figures such as Sir Francis Drake, Marco Polo, Galileo, Beethoven, and Napoleon. They currently have four studio albums and two demos.
