Vulture

After Stefan "Genözider" left the band Obsessör in 2015, he decided to form Vulture. In addition to him on drums and electric guitar, the lineup consisted of singer Leo "Steeler", guitarist Mattes "Outlaw" and bassist Andreas "Axetinctör". After the 2016 EP Victim to the Blade, the first album The Guillotine was released the following year via High Roller Records. The song Vendetta was released as a single the same year, with a cover of the Deep Purple song Stormbringer as the B-side. Recording of the album began after New Year's Eve 2016 and - as with the EP - took place at Hellforge Studio under the direction of Marco Brinkmann. At the end of February 2017, Brinkmann finished mixing the material. The songs were finally mastered by Patrick W. Engel at his Temple of Disharmony studios.
