Frontline

The highly regarded melodic rock band from Nuremberg, Frontline, founded in 1989, received enormous media coverage upon the release of its first album "State Of The Rock" in 1994. The band at that stage comprised singer Stephan Kämmerer, guitarist Robby Böbel, bassist Thomas Reiss and drummer Stephan Bayerlein. The guitarist, Robby Böbel, had appeared on Talon's 1986 record, "Vicious Games". After the mysterious release of an acoustic follow-up in 1995 titled "Two Faced Acoustics", Frontline returned to action in 1997 with the Japanese title "Heroes". On this album, the band included the revised line-up of singer Stephan Kämmerer, guitarist/keyboardist Robby Böbel, Bonfire guitarist Chris Lausmann, former Waste and Baker, Cramp & Anderson bassist Thomas Bauer, along with drummer Rami Ali.
