Regurgitate

The band was formed around 1990 by singer Rikard Jansson and drummer Mats (Crematory). The band, inspired by death metal, is influenced by numerous horror films of the 1970s, in particular the films of director Lucio Fulci. After releasing several demos, splits and EPs up to 1994, the band put out its first studio album titled Effortless Regurgitation of Bright Red Blood. After this release, the band's members focused on their many other side projects in which they are active, such as, among others, Merciless, Entombed, Nasum, Unanimated and General Surgery.
