Sabbat

Sabbat is an English thrash metal band from Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, founded in 1985 by Martin Walkyier, Frazer Craske and Andy Sneap. The band released its first demo, Magic in Practice and Theory, in 1985. It recorded its first album, History of a Time to Come, in 1988. Dreamweaver in 1989 and Mourning Has Broken in 1991 followed. That same year, Martin Walkyier left the band to found Skyclad. He would return at the end of 2000 for what came next.
