The band Saratan (Poland - Thrash/Death Metal with some oriental touches) formed in 2003 in Kraków, Lesser Poland. Saratan is a Polish metal band with oriental and ethnic influences. The band recorded four albums, the latest of which, titled «Asha», was released on Fonografika Records in November 2015. Saratan carried out several tours, notably in Europe with Nile and Marduk. The band shared the stage with bands such as Suffocation, Grave, Vader, Decapitated, Ex Deo, Vesania, Sadist and Svart Crown.
