Rage (GB)

Rage is an English band stemming from the new wave of british heavy metal, formed in 1980 in Liverpool, Merseyside. Rage was a hard rock band originally from Liverpool, England. Formed in 1980, Rage broke up in 1984. Rage was formed in 1980 out of the former shape of the band, Nutz. After a series of Nutz releases ending with "Nutz Live Cutz", released in 1978, the band decided to break its ties with the record label A&M. However, the record label then enforced its contract in full, not allowing the band to record for another two years. The band members moved to Jersey during this period.
