Sky Lark

The Skylark project began in 1994 following the idea of its creator Eddy Antonini, who wanted to create a band where his favorite musical tastes, neo-classical and power metal, could merge into an open-minded blend. After choosing most of the best musicians of the "underground" scene of northern Italy, Eddy began to write material that, a few months later, in the Spring of 1995, would appear on the first album, produced by themselves, "The Horizon And The Storm". This opus attracted the attention of some of the most famous metal magazines in Italy (Flash 85/100, Metal Shock 4/5...) and in Germany, and also of the Japanese, so that the label Underground Symphony decided to offer a contract to the band. After the release of the CD "Waiting For The Princess", released in 1996 and including a cover of W.A. Mozart.
