Moloch

Moloch is a Ukrainian Black Metal band founded in 2002 in Rivne. Moloch is, in the biblical tradition, the name of the god to whom the Ammonites, a Canaanite people, sacrificed their firstborn by casting them into a blaze. The band's first album, Humane Too Sheeps, was released in 2006. Ten more albums would follow from 2007 to 2013. Sergiy does incredible work layering guitar notes that are so distorted they roll into the next one, which combines for the underlying background atmosphere and, on top of that, is a very fine and thin distortion, possibly using a pedal to increase and reduce the noise, like the Dopplar effect.
