Pennywise

Pennywise is an American punk rock band, originally from Hermosa Beach, California. Influenced by the Californian scene and bands such as Bad Religion, Minor Threat or TSOL, the quartet, composed of Jim Lindberg (vocals), Fletcher Dragge (guitar), Byron McMackin (drums) and Jason Thirsk (bass), plays a fast and melodic punk rock with hardcore accents. Their name, Pennywise, comes from Stephen King's book It, Pennywise being the name of the evil clown who embodies the ancestral fears of the book's protagonists.
