Serial Butcher

The band was founded in 1995 by guitarist Hendrik and drummer Nico. This was followed by a first demo, released in 1997. At the time, the band played about two to three concerts a month. The band opened for bands like Loudblast, Natron, Suffocation and Aborted. This was followed by the demo Exhumed Rotting in 1998, with the recordings taking place at Midas studios in Lokeren the same year. After the recordings, bassist Bob left the band. Bassist Peter joined the band as a replacement, while Tim joined the band as the new singer. However, the band split up in 2000. Shortly afterwards, Nico, Hendrik and singer Steven decided to reform the band. They then released the demo Butchers Forever in 2001.
