Disarmonia Mundi

Disarmonia Mundi is a melodic death metal band from Avigliana, Italy, which began as a progressive metal band. After Benny Bianco Chinto left the band, Soilwork singer Björn Strid took over. The first two albums came out on Scarlet Records, but the band has since been on the Italian label Coroner Records. Ettore Rigotti founded Disarmonia Mundi in January 2000. After several attempts, the band released their first album, Nebularium, produced by Ettore in his own studio. At the time the band was made up of: Benny Bianco Chinto, Ettore Rigotti, Simone Palermiti and Mirco Andreis. The band managed to sign a deal with Self and CD-Maximum for the Italian and Russian markets. Unfortunately, following several problems with certain members, the band was greatly slowed down in recording their next album.
