Brian May

Brian May, born July 19, 1947 in Hampton Hill (England), southwest of London, is a British musician, singer, songwriter and astrophysicist, co-founder and guitarist of the rock band Queen with drummer Roger Taylor and singer Freddie Mercury. They were later joined by bassist John Deacon. Brian May had previously been part of the band Smile with Roger Taylor. He composed many of Queen's hits such as We Will Rock You, I Want It All, Save Me, Who Wants to Live Forever, Tie Your Mother Down, Hammer to Fall, White Queen (As it Began), The Show Must Go On, Now I'm Here, and No-One but You. He uses an electric guitar that he built himself, called the Red Special.
