Witchery is a Swedish supergroup of thrash metal tinged with death metal and a black metal atmosphere. Formed in 1997 by singer Legion (Marduk, Devian), guitarists Patrick Jensen (Seance) and Richard Corpse (Seance), bassist Sharlee D'Angelo (Arch Enemy) and drummer Martin Axenrot, their music falls within the most extreme [unclear] registers of metal. Little known because of each member's parallel bands, it has nevertheless released five albums and one EP between 1998 and 2010.
