Victor Smolski

Victor Dmitrievich Smolski is a Belarusian multi-instrumentalist and composer, born on 01/02/1969 in Minsk. He is best known as a member of "Rage". A motor racing enthusiast, he takes part as a driver in races within the "Russian Sport Garage" team. Son of a symphonic music composer (Dmitry Smolski), Victor began the piano at the age of 6, and later the guitar. At the age of 14, he became a member of the famous Belarusian folk group "Pesniary". In 1993, he decided to stay in Germany. In 1995, Victor Smolski joined the prog band "Mind Odyssey", of which he became the guitarist. He would part ways with the band in 1999 to join the Germans of "Rage", of which he is still a member. In 2000, he began a solo career in parallel. From 2004 to 2006, he was also the guitarist of the band "Kipelov", following the departure of Sergey Mavrin.
