Mob Rules

The band was formed in the summer of 1994 by bassist Torsten Plorin and guitarist Matthias Mineur. The drummer, Arved Mannott, and the singer, Klaus Dirks, were quickly recruited and they began playing with Crossroads, C.I.T.A. and Pink Cream 69. In 1996, Oliver Fuhlhage became the band's second guitarist. In fact, his sound went perfectly with Mob Rules' melodic sense. In the autumn of the same year, they produced an EP, which managed to attract the attention of enthusiasts and companies. In the summer of 1998, they signed with Limb Music and were able to make their first album Savage Land, which went on sale in March 1999 around the globe. They received good reviews and were able to tour with bands from the same company as them, such as Ivory Tower.
