Website
Luca Turilli is a guitarist born on 5 March 1972 in Trieste, Italy. His father himself played the cello and other instruments in an orchestra. His mother took care of the house. Luca Turilli discovered his love for the guitar at the age of 16, and his first model was an imitation Gibson by Epiphone. He had already learned the flute at school and taken a few piano lessons. Raised in the school of Yngwie Malmsteen, the Swedish guitarist who popularized neoclassical metal in the 1980s, Lucas became passionate about classical music and, like Malmsteen before him, closely studied the great classical or baroque composers, notably Vivaldi, Paganini, and Bach. Luca Turilli also has a solo band under his own name, very close to the music he makes with Rhapsody.
