Elm Street

Formed in 2003 and touring the live scene in Victoria, Australia since 2004, Elm Street took the metal scene by storm with its unique style of traditional heavy metal. With a style heavily influenced by bands such as Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Manowar and Savatage, Elm Street has carved out its place in the growing new wave of traditional heavy metal. Their live show has been described as "In your face, energetic and takes you back to the 80s", proving the potential of such a young band. With members averaging 21 years of age, Elm Street has performed shows with the biggest Australian metal/rock bands such as Vanishing Point, Electric Mary, Behind Crimson Eyes, In Malice's Wake and the legends The Angels.
