Lüde und die Astros

Lüde & Die Astros (until 1986 «Pseiko Lüde & die Astros») was a German-language band from the Osnabrück independent scene. Two of the members had previously been active in Sonderangebot, one of the first Osnabrück bands to sign a major record deal. With a stylistic realignment, the band released a total of 5 albums and gave numerous concerts in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and also Spain. The band was known nationwide and was in close contact with well-known artists of the independent/punk music scene (Die Ärzte, die goldenen Katzen, Die Toten Hosen). The band split up after their last album in 1994.
