Jack Starr’s Burning Starr

Jack Starr's Burning Starr, also known as Burning Starr, is an American heavy metal band from New York, formed in 1984. The band was founded and led by former Virgin Steele guitarist Jack Starr, and achieved limited success in the United States during the hair metal boom of the second half of the 1980s. Burning Starr released four studio albums before disbanding, with Starr going on to work in other short-lived acts. The band was revived by Starr in 2008 and signed with Magic Circle Music, playing at the Magic Circle Festival in 2008 and 2009. The band played at the Keep It True 2013 festival and recorded a DVD.
