Lost Horizon

This band comes from Sweden and was created in 1998 by Wojtek, Martin and Christian. A singer, Daniel, joined them a year later. In June 1999 a demo was sent to several companies. The demo aroused the interest of several labels, but the band ended up signing with Music For Nations in 2000. The album Awakening The World came out in 2001. The style and mood are speed, melodies, keyboards, it's epic, it's symphonic: the album leaves a notable impression on those who discover the band. They returned in 2003 with the single Cry Of A Restless Soul. Followed very quickly by the second album, A Flame To The Ground Beneath. In early 2004, they entered the studio to record their third album. Unfortunately a band statement dated 27 October 2004 mentions that their record label, Music For Nations, had closed.
