WebsiteCinderella is a hard rock band formed in 1983 by singer/composer/guitarist Tom Keifer and bassist Eric Brittingham. Cinderella was discovered by Gene Simmons, the bassist of Kiss, but it was Jon Bon Jovi who enabled the band to sign with Derek Shulman on Polydor / Mercury. The band's first two albums each sold three million copies in the United States. In 1986, the single "Nobody's Fool" went gold, without however entering the Billboard Top 10. In 1989, the band played at the Moscow Peace Festival. Voice problems would prevent Tom Keifer from singing for over a year after the "Long Cold Winter" tour. Without a label, the band released "Still Climbing" in the autumn of 1994. Cinderella's worldwide sales are estimated at 20 million.
