Satan

Satan is a British heavy metal band from Newcastle, formed in 1979, part of the NWOBHM (New Wave of British Heavy Metal). It renamed itself Pariah and released two albums before splitting up. Steve Ramsey and Graeme English formed the folk metal band Skyclad in 1990. Pariah reformed in 1997 and released a third album, produced by Kevin Ridley, before splitting up again. In 1999 they took part in Wacken Open Air. Satan reformed for a concert at the 2004 edition of Wacken Open Air (their appearances at Keep It True II and IV would be cancelled), but did not truly return until 2011, the year they performed at Keep It True XIV.
