In 1985, he joined the band Kreator, with whom he took part in the album Pleasure to Kill; in 1986, although he did not play on the album, he appears in the photo with the other members. After leaving Kreator, he joined another thrash metal band, Sodom, with whom he recorded the album Obsessed by Cruelty, on which he appears under the pseudonym Destructor. He was replaced in 1987 by guitarist Frank Blackfire. He died in a motorcycle accident in 1993.
