The Swiss rocker, whose real name was Marko Paganini, also sang in the early 1980s in VIVA, the band led by Barbara Schenker, the sister of Rudolf and Michael Schenker (keyboards). Nothing is yet known about the cause of death. KROKUS bassist Chris von Rohr, who was a friend of Paganini's, commented on the frontman's death: "Marc had an incredible voice, he could have done much more. But he also always lived on the edge."
