The singer, born Paul Andrews but known by his stage name Paul Di'Anno, died at his home in Salisbury, Wiltshire, England, on October 21 at the age of 66. On Monday, a statement published on the late rock star's Facebook page indicated that his death had been caused by a "tear of the sac around the heart."
