Aborym

The Italian industrial black metal band Aborym was created in 1993. They are influenced as much by Mysticum, early Beherit and old death-thrash-black metal bands as by formations like Atari Teenage Riot and Skinny Puppy, even though Aborym has continued over the years to explore a sound of its own. In 1992, Aborym had its first three members, including bassist/vocalist Malfeitor Fabban. At the very beginning, the band only did covers of Sarcofago, Morbid Angel, Celtic Frost, Mayhem, Darkthrone. In 1993, the band put on sale its first and only demo, "Worshipping Damned Souls", 700 copies sold after a year, and following that release Malfeitor Fabban decided to quit.
