Akhenaton

Akhenaton, a French band from the Rhône-Alpes region, came into being in 1993. A single album would be released in 1995 under the name Divines Symphonies. On it the band speaks of mysticism, magic and battles of every kind. Akhenaton would split at the end of '95 under the name Sangdragon. Sangdragon was born from the ashes of Akhenaton in 2011, originally a solo project of Lord Vincent Akhenaton (vocals / medieval instruments). The musician surrounded himself with Will Hien (bass / vocals), Alison Forest (vocals), Matt Asselberghs (guitar - Nightmare), Edouard Verneret (keyboards) and Régis Cognard (drums - The Seven Gates) for the recording of Requiem For Apocalypse, a debut album released in 2015, a blend of Black Metal, Death Metal and symphonic music.
