Amberian Dawn

Amberian Dawn is a Finnish symphonic power metal band with a lyrical female voice, formed in 2006 by Tuomas Seppälä and Tommi Kuri. They would open the concerts of the band Epica during their European tour in November 2008, which greatly contributed to making them known beyond Finland's borders. Tuomas Seppälä, Tommi Kuri and Peter James Goodman were part of a neoclassical metal band named Virtuocity. In 2004, following its break-up, these three formed the progressive metal band Atheme One, but the band was not yet stable. Indeed, Peter James Goodman was busy with other musical projects, and the songs Tuomas composed no longer matched the band's initial style.
