American Dog

American Dog is an American band formed in 1999 in Columbus, Ohio, made up of Michael Hannon (ex-Salty Dog and Dangerous Toys) on bass and vocals, Steve Theado on guitar and backing vocals, and Michael Harris on drums. The band's music is characterized by an energetic, no-nonsense Hard Rock, all on a Blues foundation, often compared to Ted Nugent's 70's period with the added power of Motörhead. Although the band is enjoyed by a very wide audience, American Dog is particularly popular among bikers.
