Azrael is a Swiss band, formed in 1991 in Dietikon, Zurich. They would release their first and only album in 1995, only to split up in 1996. Since then, no more news. Azrael is a rather obscure act emanating from Switzerland. The first thing you will notice about this album is its relatively clear production quality, something that is often lost in the obscurities of death metal. The band's last known line-up consisted of T. Hades (vocals, guitar), Boom (guitar), Herman (bass), R.T. (drums), Manuela Bühler (bass), Rolf Leuenberger (drums), Nihil (vocals), Tom Kuzmic (guitar).
