Country of origin: United States

Location: Los Angeles

Formed in: 1988

Formed in Los Angeles in the late 1980s by Joe LeSte (vocals), Mark Knight (guitar), Kyle Kyle (bass), Kyle Stevens (guitar) and Tigg Ketler (drums). They quickly signed to Mechanic/MCA records and released their first album in 1989, "Psycho Cafe", featuring the single "Someone Like You", as well as the album "Live Injection". The band had a lot of success and many good reviews. In 1991, they made "Dancin' On Coals", and the following year the band released a live album, "Ain't No Jive... Live !". In 1994, they made "Love After Death", but the grunge wave made their style less fashionable. The band decided to split up. Kyle Kyle put together a band with the singer of Faster Pussycat, Newlydeads, while Joe LeSte joined Beautiful Creatures. Joe returned in 2004 with a brand-new line-up.
