Barathrum

The band was formed in the winter of 1990 under the name Darkfeast and, after a year and two demos, renamed itself Barathrum. The band subsequently signed a contract with the label Nazgul's Eyrie Productions. After three albums, Barathrum joined the label Spinefarm Records, on which it would release five new albums. In 1997, the band toured with Countess and the Japanese band Sabbat in the Netherlands and Germany. A tour planned in Finland with Countess, Wizzard and Babylon Whores in December 1997 was cancelled. In 2000 the album Okkult was released. In 2009 the live album Long Live Satan was released. Around 2014, Barathrum signed a contract with Saturnal Records for the reissue of the band's older albums.
