Beholder

Beholder came into being in October 1998 thanks to the idea of singer Patrick Wire, who had decided to call up a few friends with the aim of forming a Heavy Metal band. In the first months of 1999, Beholder had the chance to take part in several concerts as the band was competing in a European music contest. Guitarist Matt Treasure and singer Leanan Sidhe were contacted in May 1999, and the band entered the studio in July 1999 to record their first demo called "A Dream of Eternal Majesty". Beholder then entered the studio to record their first album called "The Legend Begins".
