Black Label Society

Black Label Society (BLS) is an American heavy metal band, originating from Los Angeles. The band was initially founded in 1998 by Zakk Wylde, and counts a total of nine studio albums, two live albums, three compilations, and two EPs. Black Label Society is often regarded as a bikers' club, notably because of the band's colors worn on leather or denim jackets, just like bikers' clubs and the chapters created by its fans, in the image of bikers' chapters. Wylde got the idea for the patches worn on jackets and that of the chapters while reading a biography of Sonny Barger, the leader of the Hells Angels.
