Blasted

It was in 1998 in Saxon that Nicolas Maret and Simon Claret began to play together, doing covers of Machine Head, Sepultura and Pantera. At the end of 2000, Guillaume Jordan joined them on bass, and Blasted was born. The band then began to compose their own tracks in a style heavily influenced by the bands whose songs they were covering. The following years were marked by incessant changes of premises and the long and fruitless search for a singer. In early 2006, the band finally found its voice in the person of Carlos Fernandez. The band then began to work with a view to performing on stage.
