Blazon Stone

This band takes its name from the 1991 Running Wild album. The style is therefore exactly what it should be: fast, driving and catchy European power metal, with even a certain pirate influence. One could even see in it the continuation of the Running Wild spirit, because while that band has an impressive history, it has lost some of its popularity in recent years, whereas Blazon Stone has recorded steadily since its debut in 2013. Founder Cederick Forsberg decided otherwise in July 2019, ending the project, declaring that Blazon Stone was in reality only a tribute to Running Wild and that he was out of ideas (and members). Yet, a year later, he recruited a brand new lineup and the band was back.
