Brutal Truth

Brutal Truth is a grindcore/deathgrind band founded in New York in 1990, and one of the big names in grindcore, alongside Napalm Death and Carcass. Their songs tend to have assertive social, political and environmental connotations, as is often the case in Grindcore. The band, which had been split up since 1999, reformed in 2007 and has since released a split and taken part in various festivals, including the Obscene Extreme Festival in July 2007 and a concert with Inhumate and Sublime Cadaveric Decomposition in February 2008 in Strasbourg (France).
