The doom-inspired gothic metal band from Hellmitzheim, Germany, was formed in 1992 and released its first demo, "Voices From Beyond", the following year. Another tape, "...But Death Comes Soon", followed in 1994. CASKET added a secondary female voice, that of Karin Trapp, and opened for PYOGENESIS and PANDEMONIUM. They also released the demo "...and Death comes soon" in 1995, as well as the track "Waiting for the End" on the compilation "After the Sepulture" by Radiation Records the same year. It was probably an underrated band. After that came the split.
