Christian Death was formed in October 1979 in Los Angeles, California3,5. This first line-up featured Rozz Williams (vocals), Rick Agnew (guitar), James Mc Gearty (bass) and George Belanger (drums), assisted by one Eva O. — who sings some backing vocals on Cavity — and Franck, the guitarist's brother. Their first studio album, titled Only Theatre of Pain, was released in 1982.
