Craniotomy

The band Craniotomy was formed in 1998 by R. Halmo - guitar and L. Šiška - drums. A little later, R. Váry / PYGO – vocals, joined the band. With this line-up, the band gave a few concerts and the 2nd guitarist P. Onndriš joined the band. In the summer of 2000, Craniotomy went to the studio to record its first demo containing 5 tracks, titled …and from chair to bone, which would then be released as an MC by Acne Prod. After that, guitarist Palo left the band and was replaced by P. Szemeneyi and bassist D. Hanák / Shampoon joined the band. In the summer of 2001, the band recorded its second 8-track demo at the Exponent / Šulekovo / studio. A year later, at the Moonset / Šala / studio, 3 additional tracks were recorded and added to the previous demo, which would be released by Grodhaisn Prod in the form of a single CD titled It..s Not Cut Out It Can..t Be Eaten.
