Crash the System est un projet de hard rock suédois en deux parties de Stockholm, fondé en 2008 et composé de Daniel Flores (The Murder of My Sweet) et Sören Kronqvist. Le groupe a signé chez Frontiers Records et a sorti son premier album The Crowning en 2009. Depuis sa création, le groupe a joué avec plusieurs musiciens bien connus. Il s'agit notamment d'Angelica Rylin, Daniel Palmqvist, Johan Niemann, Andreas Lindahl (tous The Murder of My Sweet), Mats Levén (Therion), Thomas Vikström (Candlemass), Göran Edman (Yngwie Malmsteen, John Norum, Brazen Abbot), Björn Jansson (Ride the Sky) et Manuel « Mano » Lewys (Machines, Elwood).
